JOGOWEAR ships Australia wide.

We hold no liability if the postal address is incorrect.

Please allow up to 48-72 hours from date of purchase for us to send your parcel out.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email which will then take the approximate following working days:

Returns Policy

We trust that you’ll love your latest JOGO® purchase, however if for some reason you need to return your item we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer change of mind returns/exchanges. 

Note: All items will be inspected on return and it remains at the discretion of JOGOWEAR whether the item will be accepted for refund. For more information  

Incorrect/Faulty Items

If in the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email hello@jogowear.com.au with the relevant info ASAP so we can help! We will send out the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item
